Brooks Consulting is a boutique consultancy focussed on delivering high impact results, typically based around two core areas:

While we have a deep understanding and specialise in supporting businesses operating within the real estate sector, our principles are multi-sectorial. As such, we work with a broad range of clients, helping them deliver their desired results.

Our engagement is bespoke to each of our clients and no two mandates are ever the same.

We work in partnership to design, deliver and implement the output from our work and are often engaged for sustained periods of time. We offer dedicated focus and expertise, allowing our clients the time to concentrate on the day-to-day.

Our Senior Leadership Team

Paul Brooks

Managing Partner

With over 25 years leadership experience Paul is perfectly placed to advise on both strategic and business improvement initiatives, as well delivering niche property consultancy services to a broad range of clients.

Paul has held a number of national leadership roles across a range of large Real Estate businesses, including Valuation, Social Housing, PRS/BTR, and Property & Asset Management.

Prior to launching Brooks Consulting, Paul was Managing Director of Investment, Property & Asset Management at Lambert Smith Hampton, a top 10 UK real estate business. Paul was responsible for over 600 people, delivering £40m of revenue, ranging from PRS/Build to Rent, core residential and commercial management services, investment management, as well as leading one of the largest Commercial Valuation teams in the UK.

Paul spent 8 years on the Board at Countrywide Surveying Services, during which it grew to become the UK’s largest residential surveying business. Paul was responsible for a significant transformation programme as well as leading the central operations teams.

Sarah Brooks

Lead Consultant & Partner

With over 25 years experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors, Sarah’s expertise is predominantly focussed around client care, customer service and human resources.

In recent years, Sarah has fulfilled a range of consultancy and interim roles for both SME’s and large corporate businesses, many of which are longstanding clients who frequently call upon Sarah’s expertise or engage her on a retained basis.

Sarah has a deep understanding of people’s expectations and needs – a vital combination when reviewing the workplace and understanding a client’s brief.
